Yep that’s it just promoting a business…. SERIOUSLY?
Theses classes are FREE and donation based. Donations go to the homeless. Promises are for you and, no you don’t need to tell anyone, but sometimes to make things a reality it helps. Or just being in the class gives you a thought to do something for someone. Naysaying and negative comments are easy to put out there, but what impact do you have on the world to make it a bit more happy

I was talking to a Dutch man who went on a corporate management course where at the end of the course they were tasked with committing to asking something of someone that made them a little uncomfortable, to prove how often you’ll be surprised by people’s unwillingness to say no. That week he asked his elderly neighbour to do his weekly shop for him for the next year, ha.

So guys, do an act of kindness and feel good about yourself or get someone else to do it and earn loads of money.

Oh you never say “no” to someone’s face, you just go and do it really half-assed…

Ah, he’s already put up a post that’s heading towards clearing the 100 comment mark this morning. He’s entitled to phone it in for the rest of the day.

They provide great classes with good quality instructors, and raise a lot of cash for charity… amazing how some commenters still can’t resist trying to bash it, maybe they should try a bit of yoga and hopefully find some happiness.

Thank you, I was surprised myself… particularly at “Yoga Scum”. We are gaining nothing from this, Its all charity and personal work. Just trying to get people to be kind to one another……. Where there is dark there is light, and we need challenges, haters to remind us to keep the light going no matter what

Or you could not take yourself so seriously, realise you’ve been tossed into Ireland’s lamest troll pit and just get on with it. Namaste.
