Hueston Station, Dublin during the nationwide train strike in August 2014
Tomorrow you may have to hike,
Or brush cobwebs off your old push bike,
There’s an angry dispute,
About who gets the loot,
So the choo choos are going on strike.

Young Fine Gaelers / IBEC PR goons at the ready…..
don’t worry boss, they can’t fire you, take all the time off you want.
How much is the monthly loss that Iarnroid Eireann is operating at again….
7 figures isn’t it?
I think I heard a million+ on Six One the other evening…. but sure…
I believe they call that a hemorrhage.
And they keep putting on new restrictions: for example, I can’t take my bicycle to Tipperary and cycle the mountains there because of their “no bikes at peak times” rule combined with the fact that there’s only one train!

“past performance improvements” being cancelled out by current strikes so I reckon they are owed sweet FA other than some disciplinary measures and hopefully some sackings.
Suck it up. More strikes please. YESSSSS
