Since Ticketmaster own Seatwave, I am guessing they get a cut of any resales. Which is genius really, they make profit on the sale and the resale. Can you resell a ticket you bought on Seatwave closer to the date when people are really desperate?

Mr. Burns: And to think, Smithers: you laughed when I bought TicketMaster. “Nobody’s going to pay a 100% service charge.”
Waylon Smithers: Well, it’s a policy that ensures a healthy mix of the rich and the ignorant, sir.

That.is.not.possible! People are not going to pay those prices…I cannot believe it…I really can’t. Definitely a topic for what’s his name…

Maybe they wouldn’t charge such high prices if people actually paid for feckin’ music anymore.

If they don’t get it through album sales, they have to make it elsewhere.

That makes no sense. Ticketmaster should not be allowed facilitate touts. And yes the make millions from it every year.
