Our friend Cllr Stephen Cunningham is missing. I would be grateful if everybody could please share this post.
Stephen is 23 years old and is 6 foot in height with brown hair. He was last seen in the South Mall area of Cork City at 1pm on Friday, March 18, 2016.
Anyone who may have seen Stephen around or after 1pm on March 18, or anyone who may have information as to Stephen’s whereabouts, is asked to contact to the gardaí at Mayfield on (021) 455 8510 or Angelsea Street Gardaí on (021) 452 2000.
There is a search team meeting tomorrow at 10am at the Sinn Féin office in Barrack Street. All help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:
Stephen has been found safe and well and is at home with his family.
I hope you find him safe and well.
Hoping for a happy resolution. Thoughts with his family and friends.
Really hope he’s found safe and well.
Home safe and sound thankfully.
12 day Paddy’s Weekend bender?
Glad one of these stories has a happy ending for a change
Home safe and sound thankfully.
That’s so good to hear.
We hear too much about the ‘bloke with a degree who can’t get a job in McDonald’s’.
-Open a McDonald’s in Trinity College you idiot!
I’m only messing.
I shouldn’t be.
Young mens’ mental health is at crisis level in this country.
It’s no joking matter.
If elected representatives are going missing / ‘off on one’ there’s a problem. Was someone filling in while he was away?
I think its actually reasonable to ask where the hell a newly elected TD disappeared to for 13 days. Great that he’s turned up safe and sound, but an explanation please?
sorry, Councillor, not TD…
Any employment contract I have signed stipulates that if you don’t show for work for three days in a row you’re out. I’ve noticed an increase in ‘missing’ posts on social media. How do people just slope off like this?
Particularly in an era of almost permanent-connectivity via mobile phones/social media etc.
Being a councillor isn’t a full time job.
You wouldn’t say that if he was an FG councillor. You wouldn’t. You know it.
“STEPHEN!!!!…..
Just coming.”
Nothing but the same old story
I’ll tear you into pieces if you cross me
Glad he is safe, but its ironic that Sinn Féin were asking where he was – are there not folks in the Sinners that kinda know where all the missing people are located?
*fav*
that was the first thing I thought of, but with only 1 comment under the post at the time, I got a dose of the ‘too soons’ and left it…
This is what happens when you elect a child as a Councillor. 23… He was probably in the bathroom learning to shave, or playing games with himself.
Come on, 23 isn’t even that young (maybe that’s an old photo or something though, as he does look very young indeed).
You’re an idiot Owen / Owen C if you think 23 is too young to be an elected representative.
Of course, this is about him being a Sinn Fein member. Not about his age, right?
You berk.
was he on the buckfast
