A logo that doesn’t look like Bank of ireland’s?
This afternoon.

maybe if this morning they had woken up early and went to do their job they might have saved that poor scumbag who got shot in the flats? Just a thought.
And a poor one.
I doubt too many care about the “poor scumbag” getting shot
(*though do care about other scumbags showing such disregard for the public by carrying out their scumbaggery in a public place)
Oh that’s alarmingly apt.
Walking around texting is risking your life now is it?
they’re probably even lazier than train drivers.
Moronic comment
Seems to me that a Luas Driver is responsible for the safety, and obviously the transportation, of more people in any one day than any Garda.
Most Gardaí don’t come into contact with so many folk as they move from their home, to the station, to the chipper, to the station before returning home again.
I’d support a pay increase when the majority are actually competent at their job!!
and we know you mean it from the !!! at the end of your last sentence
Looking for a few bob doesnt cut it. Root and branch change is what the public want.
You’d be surprised what the public want.
For most its ‘We risk our lives’ with the amount of weight put on since leaving Templemore.
HA! So true! I mean, it’s not as if we’ve had Gardai shot and killed while on the job for the last few years.
Call them fat, though. That’ll help.
Pox.
There’s been more ordinary folk shot & killed in the same timeframe because the Gardai do such a terrible job.
I know two gardai killed on the job. There’s not many jobs with that kind of risk.
Surely [redacted] is giving them a bonus for forcing water meters on people who don’t want them.
And the banks must be throwing them a few bob for their assistance at illegal evictions.
Not forgetting their cut of the illegal drugs trade.

Good to have you back Zuppy International
But who will beat the crap out of these protesters?
I would have said Pan Am
How much does a copper actually earn? We have the best paid force in Europe. That’s not to mention all the allowances, pension and early retirement. If they don’t want to do the job let somebody else apply.
