A Limerick A Day

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton speaks at a rally in Lynwood, Califorinia yesterday.

Are you feeling a certain frisson
Now the big game finally on?
There’ll be some first rate
And highbrow debate
Between Hilary and the Don.

Hillary For Prison 2016! If the FBI are permitted to go ahead with their prosecution (if not then there will be resignations and leaks) then she’s in deep trouble. They’ve already released their smoking gun email in which Hillary willingly and knowingly circumvents the rules of the State Department in order to keep something hidden from the Freedom of Information Act. It’s looking more and more like President Trump to me and Hillary banged up. Bernie is the only one who can stand up to Trump.

Wasn’t this announced a day early? Maybe to encourage a low voter turnout for the last vote?

      Of course.
0 of the Superdelegates have voted yet.
This is undemocratic, evil propaganda (not journalism, not news reporting).
They’re just trying to discourage Californians from voting because they are very afraid that Sanders is going to win California (and the other states that are voting today).
      That’s all this is.

The superdelegates might turn the tables during the Democrate party convention in July. Nothing is final yet. The media are just celebrating their champion here, proving once again that Hillary is the candidate of the media, the stock exchange, the oligarchie, the unfamous 1%…
If she is actually the candidate of the Democrate party then Trump could be the next president…. In the other hand Bernie could defeat the Don.

What you say on Broadsheet and what you say at the bookmakers, should be two separate things Don.

I wouldn’t bet on it or on the EU ref – too close and they both make me feel kinda sick if I think about the possible outcomes too much

All politics aside – a bet on Trump a year ago would have been gold.

Back to business – What’s the worry with the British vote? Apart from damage to the establishment status quo, there are any number of chaotic possibilities, from the Brits being told they voted wrong and have to have another referendum. To a domino effect unseating a corrupt authoritarian bunch of neo-liberal tossers. Or is it the reduced roaming charges from 2017 you’re worried sick about?

To get the nomination definitely! You would be quids in.

“damage to establishment status quo” – lol, whatever. Pm Johnson will not perpetuate the establishment status quo at all!

          3. Sido

“Pm Johnson will not perpetuate the establishment status quo at all! – so why does the notion make you feel “kinda sick” – then Don?
Is it that you gotta a bit of a thing for that suave hog-lovin’ Tory, Dave. And see him as your establishment pin-up. :-)

That the UK would cut off it’s nose to spite it’s face makes me sick. That people are so quick to believe the (greater) nonsense being peddled by the leave campaign rather than finding out the facts for themselves makes me sick. That Trump can get elected on a campaign of hate and bristling makes me sick. That these people are sold as anti-establishment when they are just as involved as anyone else, and yet try and have a conversation about political reform with their supporters and you’re a dirty commie, that makes me sick. That people would think this is about cheap holidays and roaming charges makes me sick.

You may find this amusing but I certainly don’t.

only bitter misogynerds are criticizing Hilary she will be the greatest president in US history

    1. MoyestWithExcitement

      “misogynerds”

Excellent. But agreed that she’s awful. Not Trump awful but awful.

        1. MoyestWithExcitement

Aye. She’ll provide the calmness and stability the billionaires want as they continue to take a larger and larger share of the pie we all help make but at least she isn’t a pathological liar who only tells people what they want to hear so much she forgets she’s contradicted herself on camera and at least she’s not a racist who’s passed regressive laws on poor black people labelling them as criminals and limiting their social mobility or made any jokes recently with the mayor of new York about ‘coloured people ti….wait.

As I am only this week catching up on Season 4 of House of Cards I am finding the line between fiction and reality extremely pixelated right now.
