The Sports Direct story is incredible. A baby born in the lav, because the mom didn’t want a “strike” at work? Apparently this is acceptable in Asia? – But this is Europe. The CEO should go to jail and find out what it’s like to be a woman.

I agree Shayna, although I’m not 100% on the last phrase, ‘go to jail and find out what it’s like to be a woman’.
It’s obviously been censored but I think I can guess what you originally said.

No – not censored at all – the imagery was suffice, I would have thought – apologies!

We’re not engaged, so you can get that idea out of your head for a start.
What you did is apologise for something you didn’t do and weren’t accused of.*

*I wouldn’t have pointed that out if you bothered to get my name right, Sharon.

I have to admit I read the article until, “No Blacks” – I couldn’t read any further – the bar in Temple Bar? – Hmm? I remember seeing the posters in London, during the 80s,” No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish” – in that order. I would serve a law suit to Be-Jesus on the bar – Travellers do it quite regularly, and successfully. I’m incensed by this – if it’s true?

If it’s true, or not – it still jades the biggest tourist bar in Dublin – they should make their side of the story?

Things just don’t add up here.

The security guard said no blacks but the manager said they have a right to not disclose the reasons why they deny access. The security guard had already given one. Anyways, they are obliged to give a reason why access is denied surely?

Then they say they were told there was nothing they could do as it was not a criminal offence. I’m not sure if it is a criminal offence but it is defiantly an offence of some sort. They could take the establishment to the cleaners.

In the 80’s you saw a sign in London which read “No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish”?

I saw a documentary about it.
It was called ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’

It’s not in the papers, but watching BBC24 – Hillary is about to be announced ahead of Bernie!

Hillary: “We are all standing under a glass ceiling – but don’t worry! – As your President. I will have your back.” -Americans still think that climate change is a hoax – Yikes! I’m glad I’m not in charge of an American kid, let alone the American people. “Ceilings can come down!” – – “”Let’s do it for our children and for America!”.

The quality of the house builds always gets me. Everyone involved in the design, construction, passing of these houses at the time of their building was insured. Therefore, any policies in force at the time of construction should be able to be claimed against. Same way as a motor insurance policy that was in force at the time of an accident pays out, even if a court case/judgement is made five years later. In other words, as regards the housing issue, the problems didn’t occur years later – they existed at the time of building so therefore any insurance policies that were in force while the houses were being built should be capable of being claimed against.
Or what’s the point of such insurances?

Bernie still hasn’t given up – Jesus! He’s off to D.C and then Philly – Christ, no-one saw that coming?

Isn’t it a bit creepy that it’s always picture of girls that are use to illustrate the fact that there are exams or that exam results have arrived? Discuss.
