That looks very like Seville Place…near the convention centre
Sheriff street is still Sheriff Street
Except when it’s Guild Street.
touche
could of said please.
How could cyclists possibly fit past that temporarily parked emergency vehicle?
The whistleblowers could probably get on their bikes too, sure can’t they stop moaning.
Dublinese for sure.
Free the roads from cyclists more like it.
the first one , the gardai are parked there because so many people make an illegal left turn onto that road. Hopefully they caught a rake load of them.
The Garda car is blocking the cycle lane very close to where Donna Fox was killed in September. This is also a few metres up the road from where Ian Noel Smyth was knocked off his bike by Truck. Thanks lads.
Well, you could actually cycle past it. It’s not actually blocking it.
Actually.
Is a pelase a kind of peloton?
Is that why the 4 cyclists in the photo are not using said cycle lane?
They can do as they please. Cycle lanes are not mandatory use.
Eh, Paps …

I can’t tell if you’re being stupid, sarcastic or sardonically caustic in a gentle manner, like what I do be doing.
The truth is that cyclists own the roads. They’re just like the kids in Burger King with the paper crowns on their heads, and a straw in each hand for swords. Give them their space. It’s all they ask for. They like space, stuff like Dr. Spock, the ruler of the Death Star and modern stuff like Flash Gordon. Give it to them.
Above all, don’t make eye contact..
-That’s what I (don’t) do.
Here we go!
” We want more safety, more cycle lanes”
But we’ll only use them on a whim, and jaysus if you park in them we’ll go to town on you.
There’s a cycle lane on the far side of that road as far as the junction there. Would you have preferred those four cyclists to cycle diagonally through oncoming traffic across the junction to get onto the blocked cycle path?
I advocate TWO cycle lanes on every road in Ireland.
One for normal people and one for those who cant stop whinging and crying over things that will NEVER affect them.
I don’t mean to be disingenuous but I’m a pedestrian. I don’t like cyclists.
Dublinese is puh-lee-yiz.
