shark

Federico (‘Fede’) Jaime (left) is helped after being bitten by a shark in Maui, Hawai

In Hawaii a rather bright spark
Went out for a surf with a shark
He suffered some harm
To his leg and his arm
But didn’t report on the bark.

    -Eh, excuse me???

    Dear Mr. Moynes.
As any Limericksmith worthy of the name will tell you, you write your last line first.
You don’t just jam in a line that rhymes and hope for the best.

    Good day to you Sir.
I have more pressing matters to attend to.

He has extreme shock and severe blood loss, that doesn’t leave you looking sparky. Not sure why this is a subject of ridicule, will we look forward to limericks on the subjects of more victims of maiming, perhaps a car wreck limerick about a paraplegic victim?

We had a limerick about that girl who got mauled at Dublin Zoo a few years back.

Don’t believe there was ever an apology either.
