Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fianna Fáil Again. Fáil Better.

Beckett knew a thing or two about the Irish psyche.

If only those who use above a certain amount are charged, that would encourage most people not to use too much water, wouldn’t it?

Coveney – a sly boy. The name brings to mind something about Ansbacher. Can’t remember exactly what.
And the latest news; apparently The Bertie is bring invited to rejoin that FF.

The Coveneys or “Merchant Princes” as the adoring servile media love calling them are only following tradition, One in the Parliament, One in Business. Might even be an uncle somewhere in the church. You can be certain that Simon is serving interests that have nothing to do with his constituents. He’s an inside man and a errand boy for Peter Sutherland.

I must agree with you Richard. It would be well nigh impossible to over estimate the slimy duplicity of the Merchant /Political class in this country.

Just saw RTE news, Newsreader says “hard to believe water charges are still an issue”. Hard to believe we accept this sh!te from RTE and pay for it! Meanwhile, they are really excited by the possible return of Bertie (old certainties – they luvvem – no need to think, or learn anything new. :-( )
