When did Ewan McGregor get a Quiet Man accent?
Another guy on youtube doing celebrity impressions. Jee, ay, zus. When does the novelty wear off for people? Why are impressionists still a thing, anyway? It’s not 1996 anymore.
He’s also in The Walking Dead so he may be trying to transfer over some cachet from that.
well, see, I want to agree with you, right, but then I’m the kind of buck eejit that’ll watch The Trip just for Coogan’n’Brydon’s Michael Caine/Roger Moore/Anthony Hopkins schtick, so I can’t, dammit.
Coogan gets a pass. Just. Partridge is THAT good. Brydon is way too BBC1 to get away with it though,
I’ll hazard a guess you’ve never seen Marion and Geoff?
Never mind Marion and Geoff, have yez seen Human Remains; Brydon is *not* BBC1. He just does a very good impersonation (heh) of somebody who is.
If you had a skill would you not like to show it off….sorry, I’ll just make that a bigger IF!
