Gerry denies claims he’ll be stepping down as leader of Sinn Féin? Who started that rumour? The ‘Bould Gerry’ will be with us for a tad further.

Howlin says his Labwhore committee would go into government again. He commented “I’m not saying I will lead the party into government for the sake of office. God knows, we wouldn’t be willing to do that. But we certainly would be willing to discuss with parties after an election if we can implement a policy platform that is truly reflective of Labour values.”

Trying to actually implement policy by negotiation is a laugh? That’s senior hurling chief

…facilitating the implementation of draconian measures against the most vulnerable is not funny…nor hurling…the brits call it treachery…

More of the ‘ God knows we wouldn’t be willing to do that’ and the ‘truly reflective of Labours values’
I certainly don’t want any policies coming through based on Labours values. That’s senior hurling.

            – fair enough. You will be more likely to have govt implementing Labour’s than SF’s values, though, as SF refuse to go into govt in any of the three jurisdictions in which they have elected representatives.

Also, I’m thinking his successor is Corkonian, or Tyronian, both women. Hurrah for us women.

I simply cannot recommend ‘Dunkirk’ enough. Rare does a movie capture you and hold you as ‘Dunkirk’ had a hold on me…. gripping and edge of your seat cinematic brilliance… IMHO
