   It was handed in to where the guy works. Why in god’s name would you post about it online. and casually drop in that you are training for a run. WHY?!

      runners are a funny bunch
      so good you want to share.. like a religion
      it’s a bad habit though it just comes from.ypur head being mostly about that .. it’s like you need that obsession to go the distance
