The third image with the rusty ONE is at junction of Grand Canal Street Lower and Grattan Street.
It wasn’t rusty when they installed it. Bit of a cock-up with the materials they used.

Not saying it doesn’t look great. It was originally a shiny metal. I doubt they intended for it to get all rusty.
