The incident, following the Leinster Schools Senior Cup clash between Terenure College and St Michael’s College, occurred shortly after 5pm, with bar manager of Kiely’s, John O’Brien labelling the incident “a disgrace”.

      Exactly. Disgraceful behavior. Young people eh? You can bet it wasn’t like that in my day. There was no excessive drinking and thumping each other like baboons, oh no.

      We took drugs and used flick knives or knuckle dusters.!.

      This is the most interesting part of the whole thing. How on earth could there be a slow response time to a mob brawl literally happening across the road from a major Garda station?

    the footage on the independent is blurred….wonder why that is… cant help musing that if it was two schools from Finglas or Ballyfermot that the video would be crystal clear.

      I would imagine that it is because the video footage features many who might be children, but that might not tie into your outlook on the world, so…

    Rugby chaps, in their canturbry tops, strutting around, consuming excessive amounts of protein supplements, popped collars (to amplify rugby expertise, apparently), you’d never get this type of behaviour with the lacrosse crowd, oh no..
