White tastes like vinegar. Even the good stuff. And it gives me headaches.
Yeh white wine is the distilled juice of a 4 year old’s tantrum. However a pint of good iced cider on a sunny day is just nirvana to me.

There was every kind of scum and their horses spitting and throwing bottles at people coming home from work along the grand canal earlier.
You should have filmed it, I’ve never seen a horse throw a bottle….. :)

There’s a serious downside for the flora and fauna. The place is riddled with litter after each sunny day. Link below (from Tuesday) shows a swan trying to eat a beer can.

Pretty sure it wasn’t trying to eat it. Those swans around there have a serious attitude all of their own. All they need is baseball caps turned backwards.
That was weird. Anyway, I guess the swan was trying to do that can sculpture thing?
Had a ground floor apartment there back in Ooooh… 1995… woke up to see two swans swim past the window.
First thought was… “I can’t afford this!” :)
