Lolly Adefope was excellent in Damned, which they’ve STUPIDLY cancelled. I listened to Adam Buxton interviewing her recently. She wasn’t particularly hilarious but she was terribly nice.

Adam Buxton’s recent podcast with eleanor friedberger was a very uncomfortable listen, I thought.

Yup. I didn’t know who she was when listening to it and it didn’t pique my interest one bit. They just weren’t a good fit, were they?
The one with Tim Key was really funny, though.
Give a little smile and a thumbs up
Nice little pat when me bum’s up

Agreed, Tim Key and Bob Mortimer were great.
Bob is a lot softer and shy than I imagined….

Aye, and I haven’t had a ginge tinge to my tresses in years. Also, I’m not as ladylike as Mildred. GERRUP DE YAAAARD!!

I forgot to add that I really enjoyed Charlie Brooker though I didn’t get a lot of the game and video refs.

The best interview type podcast I’ve heard in the past few years was Armando Ianucci on Richard Herring’s RHLSTP, I recommend it.
(ps Mildred could be a bald docker at this stage, I’m too far gone to turn back)

Ahhh!! I’ve loved Richard Herring for years. Big fan of This Morning with Richard not Judy. I haven’t listened to RHLSTP in ages but I’ll download it now.
Ham hand all the way, btdubs.

I know he’s American, but does Aidan Bishop really qualify as an international act?

Yes and it all takes place in the beautifil Iveagh Gardens a supposedly public park currently shut for Taste of Dublin and due to be shut again for all July and into August for concerts and a comedy festival -a absolute joke to shut a public park annually for 2 summer months every year
