She looks like she’s performing an exorcism on somebody possessed by ingrained misogyny; “the power of feminism compels you”

But it hasn’t taken place yet. How do you know?

Are you a time traveler from the future?

      1. It’s real

        I went to it once

It was overpriced and the most of the acts were largely amateur try hard desperately looking for attention- the kind who wouldn’t even make it busking in the street

There were two lads who were decent

Spooky Buere’s alternative Valentine’s Day cabaret event thing was frickin’ hilarious. I dropped in at the last minute without much of a clue as to what it was about, and I hadn’t doubled up like that for a while.

*I should probably flag that I’m not THAT Niamh.

I think holding the bottle of holy water might be overkill; we already knew from the crucifix nose ring and the priest-like attire that this edge-lord show would subvert cultural norms, explode stereotypes, blah blah blah…

She looks like the Sinead O’Connor Wan from father Ted, also called Niamh if I remember correctly.

I only found out recently that she was also the lead singer of Altered Images – certainly had her fingers in many cultural pies, so she did.

In fact, it was rewatching Red Dwarf that occasioned me googling her.

            “Kat-chan-skeee”

What an immensely irritating young lady, on her photo alone – unfair I know, but life’s unfair.
