Last Tuesday I lost my little zebra on Dublin Bus 145, and I am deeply sad for this. I travelled with Zebra for three years all over the world, you can see it on my Facebook page here.
It would be really great if I could find my little furry friend back…if not, and if somebody can help me please know it was a Primark zebra I bought at Penneys in 2013 and out of collection now, maybe can anyone of you help me finding a twin brother-sister?
Anyone?

Arianna, it’s great that you stay in touch with your inner 7-year old but do you really need the online community to rally around and help you feel better about the loss of a stuffed toy?
It’s a bit harsh comment but true.
If you owned it since you were 7 maybe I could understand but it was picked it up in penneys a few years ago? Go mad and get yourself an elephant or tiger
If you can’t say anything nice…..
Exactly.
What harm is it?
So much cynicism for such a lovely day.
No harm at all. But, you know. Fupp it: why not?
We have no place for your nihilism here.
Let her try to get her zebra back for flip’s sake.
3 years in fairness
Why would you take a toy zebra on a bus?
Ignore the kill joys above, sucks that you lost him, hope you find him. I’ve two travelling buddies of my own, that I’ve brought everywhere with me for the last ten years. Childish yes, but maybe the world would be a nicer place if we all embraced our inner child.
Ring Dublin bus and simply say: “I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you’re looking for ransom, I can tell you I don’t have money but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my Zebra go now, that will be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you and I will kill you.” And don’t forget to mention you left it on the No.145. That should do it.
This.
The only helpful comment here actually.
Do this.
Don’t cross this zebra.
Also, Arianna, I’m sure you’ve probably already done this but have you tweeted Dublin Bus with the pic and route no. and time you were there?
Just a heads up however, if my little girl had got on a bus with me and seen that teddy, you may be sure she’d have found a way to smuggle home a new friend for her collection of ‘favies’. I hope it’s not the case for you, but this is most likely the fate of your zebra.
Jaysus Mildred, are ya telling us you got your kid to rob the Zebra?
Yes.
She’s actually the Artful Dodger.
might as well put those little hands to good use
said janet to the dwarf
Oh you !
Not a Back n’ White issue ah’tall
As it turns out
…if this was a ploy to get people to watch Skatuesque videos…it worked…
