This morning.

A reader-funded, fully-illustrated survey by Amarach Research for The Dublin Inquirer (in fairness) has revealed deep dissatisfaction with the homeless freephone service provided by the Dublin Homeless Regional Executive (run by yer wan).

There is psychology at work here too.
Homeless shelters are, by definition, the last resort for people. If they can’t get in, then they must sleep rough.

If you make these shelters attractive then you run the risk that some people – that are at the bottom of the housing ladder – working minimum wage, sharing a dump with other people, … – deciding that it would be better to opt out, and rock into a homeless shelter and be immediately given a guaranteed 6-month bed + shelter for free.

Defo. Did you ever hear the likes of it.

Interesting insight into the sociopathic mind though. This is how these people think.
