    The data protection aspect is important, but it’s outrageous the discrimination that seems to have occurred.

    As an aside it’s worth looking at procurement for school bus transport as well as whether service level agreements exist to govern its provision.

    I’d like to say that you’d be surprised by what you find.

    Before you all get on your high horses, it is not a matter of discrimination against a disabled person. It is happening across the country where lots of children are being denied a place on the school bus due to “inadequate places”. It seems to me that, as usual, whoever bid for the contract went too low and are trying to cut costs.
