If you want some food that will thrill you
But don’t want your breakfast to kill you
Then up north they’re makin’
A new type of bacon
That might be the thing to fulfill you

I’m not sure on their size but they may well have too. Any business operating in the UK with a turnover of over £36m has to.
I haven’t come across that previously tbh.
Seems that they’re quite large, employing 300 or so. With that scale, their products and supply chain they aren’t an artisan producer, much as they claim to be.

nice to see ‘guaranteed Irish pork’ on an Irish product.
If there are no nitrites then what is the shelf life of the product?
If the shelf life is as long, or nearly as long, as a nitrite product then what is the preservative used?
If the shelf life is short, then how much does the product cost?
You should say “Grasshopper” at the end of each question.
You should probably say why I should do that.
