According to their website, this is one of their aims:

“The National Party believes in an aristocracy of achievement within a democracy of opportunity, practised and established economically by the strong advocacy of Free Productive Enterprise.”

They must be on the hard stuff.

Because, like most lunatics of his ilk, if you have any concern for the poor whatsoever, you’re considered a damned communist.

+1 There is a small cohort of Catholics who whilst believing themselves to be the best catholics out there are, in fact, blinded by political ideologies to the actual message of the faith and the church. They somehow manage to convince themselves that a Bishop, shot at the altar whilst offering Holy Mass, and a critic of all those – of the left and right – who oppress the people of God, isn’t deserving of formal recognition of sainthood. And I’m not talking about genuine critics of Liberation Theology who made valid points at the time but recognise Saint Oscar Romero’s holiness.

Then there’s this guy, who is glad he got a bullet through the heart while offering Mass. He may be glad of Romero’s intercession in the future.

Never heard of him, but publicising his trash is exactly what he wants. Not every fool in the country needs to be taken heed of.
