            Say hello to your mum.
Or Lilo Lil as she’s known to the boys.

          2. Brother Barnabas

            no, the saddle room

i’ll be sure to ask about the lilo lil thing. she’s mentioned it.

you’re more than welcome to come along – 2.30ish

          3. Brother Barnabas

no, i probably won’t say that: obviously i know her quite well so i know how she’d likely respond – something along the lines of “what happened to you? bang on the head? why are you talking like a prepubescent imbecile?”
it would make for an awkward lunch. pretty normal for you, though, i suppose.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, misogyny, misandry, libel, abuse, bullying, incitement to hatred, gratuitous aggression, posing as multiple users, being an obnoxious bore and hijacking the usernames of other commenters are not.

            ” Why are you talking like a pre-pubescent imbecile ? ”
Your mother is right to ask.
Sept 5th at 9pm was when you first introduced parents into the bantz.
” i even regard my performance in your late mothers mouth as a gig ”
If you can’t take it don’t dish it out old sport.

          6. Brother Barnabas

            hahahaha

oh dear, charger. oh dear, oh dear.

            you’re actually saving old comments?!?

thanks for that – really made me laugh

They happen to be Broadsheets terms of use, but you’d know that, wouldn’t you?
You sly old fox you. Tail that wags the dog.

      1. SOQ

Yes the investigation not the Democrats.

There is a specific reason for that firing and I doubt if it is just a coincidence on the day after the Democrats took the lower house.

  2. Brother Barnabas

    “I won’t be a meddling king… I am not that stupid”

70 cretinous years beg to differ

      1. The Old Boy

In the words of Sir Talbot Buxomley, there are bits of lemon peel floating down the Thames that would make better kings.

      2. Brother Barnabas

not the worst out of a family of half-witted pudding heads; that doesn’t say much for him though

having said that, I’d like to see him as king – just for the bag value

the old bint is hanging in there, though

      1. Vanessa off the Telly

        Here Ol
Go check out BBC News and a piece by John Campbell re Kurt Hubner’s Report on Brexit & NI

        Will you be ok?

          1. Ollie Cromwell

So now I’m Charlie Flanagan ?
I can take most insults on here but that is beyond the pale.
            As they say ….

          2. Vanessa off the Telly

It’s not easy being you Oliver

            after yer daddy n’all
            now c’mon, that’s cute

I watched the press conference for around 30mins, He interrupted most questioners mid question, seemed more at ease with white male reporters and got edgy with female or males of different skin colours.
The worst thing about it was he was smug and happy, as damning an indictment of the sate of US politics as there ever was. More than likely he’ll run in 2020 and will win, pity the nation

    1. Rep

He’ll run and win going by the seeming lack of any potential candidate to oppose him on the democrat side.

      1. SOQ

Two things have yet to happen. A Democrat leader who is the opposite of Trump and a good old dig into his tax affairs. He’s as dodgy as they come so it shouldn’t be that hard.

    2. Ollie Cromwell

Pity a nation whose economy is booming under his presidency with black unemployment at record lows ?

        1. Ollie Cromwell

They’re immigrants attempting to enter the country illegally.
A few rounds of buckshot over their heads will soon have them hightailing back to where they came from.

          1. Nigel

Hang on, just to check, is this part of your heroic self-imposed mission to burst the bubble here at Broadsheet where everyone agrees with each other all the time, or are you a lying narcissistic sociopath in real life too? Because I have to tell you, you’re not really persuading me that sending an army against a group of poor refugees looking for asylum is a good idea, just that the people who think it is really are monsters.

          2. Ollie Cromwell

            Okay.
Let’s do this one very slowly so you understand it.
The troops being sent to the border are not legally allowed to detain anyone. They can’t fire their weapons at illegal immigrants.
What they can do is fly aircraft and supply back-up and support for Border Patrol agents who are allowed to do these things.
The troops can also work to reinforce infrastructure around the border, like putting additional razor wire on border fences.
In other words, while it may be intended to look as if the US is preparing for a massive invasion of immigrants at the Southern border, the reality is that it’s mostly just sending backup logistical support to help border agents.
Stopping illegal immigration has the full support of Obama too …

            https://mobile.twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1054874705491120133?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fd-21244073942450417832.ampproject.net%2F1811051833450%2Fframe.html

          3. Nigel

Well, of course you’re an apologist for the xenophobic fearmongering that prompted the decision, that’s taken as read, but it’s nice that you’re self-aware enough retrench to some sort of practical basis for it. Pity you can’t really decontextualise it from the hatefremzy Trump’s been stirring up to justify it.

    1. Cian

It is the classic Apprentice “you’re fired” pose.
But in real life, not a staged ‘reality’ TV show.

      1. ReproButina

Jim Acosta has had his White House credentials suspended because tantrump doesn’t like questions.

        1. Ollie Cromwell

Acosta and Trump are cut from the same cloth.
They both know what they’re doing is good for business.
The CNN yahoo is not the most popular hack in the White House pool because of his antics.
At least Trump faces the media no holds barred.

          1. ReproButina

No holds barred? He refused to answer questions from Acosta and had his credentials removed. The manchild’s a total snowflake.

          2. Ollie Cromwell

Trump answered his question but then declined to engage in the Jim Acosta Grandstanding Show.
CNN’s relentless Trump bashing has seen their audience drop 40% in the past year.
All pretence of impartiality went out of the window years ago – their reputation never really recovered after predicting a 99% chance of a Clinton win on election night
Watching their faces drop as the evening progressed was priceless.

          3. ReproButina

Accosta tried to ask a question sp Tantrump told him to sit down and tried to have the mic taken away from him and then went into a little “CNN fake news, you’re a terrible person, enemy of the people” hissy fit.

If any Irish minister had acted in that manner you’d, rightly, be lambasting them from a height.

  4. Ollie Cromwell

    ” you’re actually saving old comments ? ”

    Not me old cock
    Just using Google.
Like you did on Sept 27th at 12.02pm.

” oh right…. it’s just that a Google search for “Charger Salmons + Slovakian gardener” produces: ”

    Dry your crocodile years M8

    1. Brother Barnabas

if i didn’t know you better, i’d be worried now that you’re cracking up

for what it’s worth, i take back and apologise for my comments about your mother. to the best of my knowledge, she never fellated me. and if she had, i would not discuss it on an online forum – i pride myself on my discretion.

i assumed it was all fun and frolics with no offense taken, and i do hope it;s the case.

  5. Ollie Cromwell

Well it’s a funny old censorship minefield to navigate on BS.
Apparently suggestions that you were fellated by my late mother are okay but not my inquiry as to whether your mother saw as much pipe as Irish Water.
There’s either confusion or hypocrisy at play .
My opinion is if you’re going to have bantz it shouldn’t go through a non-return valve.
Anyway, enjoy your lunch. You might ask mam if she still takes group bookings.

    1. Brother Barnabas

sure, no probs- it’s yourself and the lads from the weightwatchers meet-up again?

so it seems i’m in trouble with BS now so I’ll have to leave it there (and assume you’re not behind that – because that would be poor form)
