Thought you might find this interesting, a converted hallway off a busy laneway for €1500 per month. Shared jacks between two bedrooms, classy! No clothes washing facilities or central heating, near a pub though….

Says it has “two doubles”. One is a bunk bed. These things must be selling like hot cakes at the moment. Time to ban the bunk.

jaybs.. no privacy at all. that living area has two large windows with no curtains. you’d be like a goldfish on display for everyone passing by.

Bathroom arrangement a little odd with one door from each bedroom. Could be nice if it had central heating, smaller front windows and a proper adult bed instead of a bunk though….

What’s the problem with shared bathroom? Also, it has electric heating as do a lot of apartments.
    You just like complaining?
I’d be more concerend about the lack of privacy from peeing punters in the laneway, missing front door handle, manky shower, lack of fire extingusiher and/or fire blanket, no extract hood over the cooker, although the wine rack is well stocked!

If you look at the floorplan, the bathroom can be entered from either bedroom. There’s two doors for it. Twice the lockin’ and unlockin’.

I’m gonna have to say not bad on this one. I rented a smaller 2 bed in Dundrum for a similar price.

Actually nah, it’s a rip off but not the worst. Where is one supposed to store ones clothes?

Looks like the “bedrooms” don’t have windows, or open to outside, so they’re not really bedrooms as far as regs are concerned.

Horan Estate & Letting Agents are delighted to introduce No. 1 Eagle House to the Dublin lettings market. Only 60% of past tenants have committed suicide in the prison ce… delightful bedrooms.
