Not trying to be funny but…of the 4 twenty-somethings they have on talking about what it’s like to be in your twenties in Ireland, only (maybe) one of them has what you would call a “normal 9-5 job. The others are a blogger, a boxer, and an actor. All successful I’m sure, but hardly representative of Irish people in their twenties.

Should appeal to the Angry Left then. They hate “normies”.

In the main, unless home for the weekend, and only then because needled by the mammy, I expect Irish people in their twenties don’t give a fiddlers fluck how they are represented.

Saoirse Ronan is a talented and successful film star, but does not have an interesting personality. I shan’t be watching the Late Late.

The fact that Saoirse Ronan has a personality of any sort is a surprise to me. I shall watch, just to check if any signs of one are popping through.

        Howz that dear?

Being a ‘No a Tubbs Fan’ I will not be watching. but I must admit Saoirse is one of the funniest people I have ever seen on a chat show. I think she is a great actress, but an even better person!

I really like Saoirse. She’s charming.

Saw her interviewed by Ellen de Generes last year and she was very funny, and handled herself beautifully.

I think she’s on it every week.

How she doesn’t flip completely when they ask her over and over about how to pronounce her name is beyond me.
