If varadkar saw that, I’d have no doubt in my mind that in his head he would think “well you should’ve gotten a good job in finance, business, law or something” .. the business Taoiseach. All he cares about is big business. And whether that pays off in other circles is of no concern of his. Once big companies are doing well, he thinks that by osmosis that makes him .. a successful man. His ego is to the countries detriment. He’s shown time and time where his priorities are.

Leo got 600 points and is a doctor. He is clever so he retains the Defence Dept for himself and sends out that yoke from Wexford to take the flac – bad pun intended. This stroke will cause much merriment among his mates in FG. The DF are 36th and 37 th on the appropriations list – behind turf cutters and only slightly in front of some group no-ones ever heard of. Paschal Donohoe doesn’t even bother to waffle about how proud ” we ” all are when he tosses them a few bob in the budget. And this horrible crew is suggesting that the Df can go to the border in the event of a hard Brexit !

He got 600 points which shows he is a good rote learner. He wasnt cut out for medicine and didn’t practice for long before he discovered the political gravy train.

He is an inept, incompetent, incapable Taoiseach that has not exceled at anything he has ever done.

Its disgraceful, no person in full time employment should be unable to afford a reasonable lifestyle for themselves and their families.

Well that is the point now isn’t it?

The free market has become so free that hungry wolves can buy as many homes as they want, which is the crux of this problem. I asked one recently… 4 homes plus 1 in Portugal plus family res. He’s doing it for his children apparently, no mention of other children, just his.

God knows what he is teaching them in private.

And the government give tax breaks to those who own other people’s homes but not those who rent, with the full blessing of FF apparently. There is no point looking to Lab or SF either because they also have their hands in this grubby property till too, especially SF.

IMO the French yellow vests are not left nor right but just people pi$$ed off with struggling to get by on a daily basis. The closest thing we have had in Ireland yet was the water meter nonsense but, it early days.

We are a republic after all.

Considering the government is fully on board with the drive for EU military unification, I wonder could that be a factor. Will there be superior new EU contracts on offer at some point?

The 5 day 9:30 – 3:45 with weekends off does not pay so well it appears, also I note the bleating about costs of living that include Sky….
