There are lots of good people in the world, there are lots of kindness, we just never hear about them, media more interested (and to be fair, its because we all have, to some degree, a bit of the crash curiosity about us) in the drama and the tragedies more than the good news stuff.

Ahhhhhh! What a lovely story. I’m not ashamed to say that I absolutely bawled (not balled, as I see a lot on the aul WhatsApp Mum groups) crying, snots everywhere, then roared “FML” and handed in my notice.

From the depths of despair to a new beginning, all from what seemed like a little help from someone.
    Wonderful.

This story will take a dark turn when it turns out Stephen is actually employed by SeeTec and he’s part of the JobPath programme.

I hope a little bit of that kindness of spirit rubs off on us all and is visited back on Stephen in a huge way.

A good story to top off the week. There are thousands of wouldbe kind neighbours around the country, but they don’t always get a chance to exercise small acts of kindness because they don’t realize that neighbours are in trouble. Individuals and families suddenly finding themselves with depleted incomes are too shy to let the news out, so they have to fall back on the unsatisfactory welfare net.

The sleveens get more than their share of publicity, but there are so many kind, decent people about. Especially in Ireland IMO. Lovely to read this.
