Anne Hegerty
On The Ray D’Arcy Show…
Fergus McCormack writes:
Anne Hegerty, ‘The Governess’ from The Chase, joins Ray to talk about life in the Jungle, her late Asperger’s diagnosis and her Irish connections.
One of Ireland’s best loved comedians PJ Gallagher joins Ray ahead of his forthcoming TV show The Big DIY Challenge.
Disability rights campaigner Joanne O’Riordan tells Ray about her transition from student life to working as a sports journalist and the launch of her brand new podcast.
Ray meets Stephen Travers, one of the Miami Showband massacre survivors, ahead of the launch of an international Netflix documentary that charts Stephen’s quest for the truth about the attack and his search for reconciliation.
And we have a unique duet from Camille O’Sullivan and Aidan Gillen who perform Roy Orbison’s In Dreams in aid of Focus Ireland and they chat about their upcoming gig , the Sunday Independent’s ‘Rock Against Homelessness’.
The Ray D’Arcy Show at 10.20pm on RTÉ One.

I think I’d actually watch it if it was The Vixen instead….
“One of Ireland’s best loved comedians PJ Gallagher”
Hahahahahaha, best (and only) laugh having anything to do with PJ Gallagher.
Ah right… I thought the Mrs Brown thing was replacing Ray. So it’s a double bill of euwwww
I can’t watch Aidan Gillen in anything. His wobbly accent shenanigans make me want to scream obscenities.
I do like yer wan Ann from the Chase though.
She seems like she’d be a good woman for a good chat.
One of Ireland’s best loved comedians PJ Gallagher….obviously never seen him live, ive had the misfortune twice..free tickets before you ask. cringefest..bloomin awful.
Eddie izzard hasnt aged well has he ?
Going try watch that Netflix doc -Miami Showband- over the weekend heard its fantastic, well done to that American company for supporting and funding, important documentaries about Ireland. If only there was like say a national broadcaster, where everyone was forced to pay a fee to make decent documentaries about Ireland, they have one in America also,it’s called NPR (national public radio)-I read somewhere their salaries are capped at below 100,000-god bless America :)
Good luck tonight Stephen-everyone should watch it.
eddie izzard now.
