   I think the Madonna incident is a precedent. Any time any where, vocal recordings can and will be switched over to the real thing. Music loving activism- sound engineer style.

   Listen lads and lassies. Go into your local that has live music. Support real, not plastic, artists. Enhanced vocals, courtesy of vocalisers, auto-tuners, digital audio backing tracks, light shows to cover up the deficiencies of the created ‘celebrities’ are just taking the …the … oh I’m not going to write it, as it’ll activate the filter.       It’s a business. Selling dreams and fantasy is what pop music is about. I’d rather the Spice Girls than another acoustic troubadour wringing out misery from his guitar on an empty Tuesday night at the local open mic.

      There’s plenty of misery to go around, so if people want to have a bit of 90s nostalgia and wave their glow sticks and have a night off from relentless bad news ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ good for them. Not my cup of tea, I dwell in misery and misfortune.

      At a guess this construction is being done by the Spice Girls’ team – they will travel around for the tour setting up the stage before and breaking down after (there may even be 2 teams working on stages in parallel)
