I realise that this is totally niche, and probably more than a little anal, but…
That fire exit arrangement is causing me to develop a tic, especially when you consider that it’s in what appears to be the halla of a primary school.
what’s the problem? Lack of a lighted exit sign?
Home made non-compliant sign which appears to be in laminated paper. Not a maintained illuminated sign, as you have pointed out. What appears to be a compliant (but non-illuminated) sign obscured by the voting privacy screen. Door on right appears to be a fire door with self-closer but badges (Fire Door Keep Shut) missing from door. Impossible to tell from the picture if the door on lhs is or should be similarly placarded.
Don’t really want to go off on a rant, but these things are important, especially in a setting like this where todays users of the building are probably unfamiliar with the finer points of the building layout, and with what lies behind each door.
