Thanks Blushirts
These are a massive step forward- but yeah make some stupid Blueshirts comment.
He’s being ironic.
Or more accurately, he’s #pullingadav
I was having some lunch.
Nice to know Cian has your back, though.
Lunch? Real socialists don’t eat lunch.
actually they do, a nice affordable one over a sit down lunch served by people paid enough to live in affordable housing,
well I guess they don’t in Ireland
Capitalist want to deny workers their legally entitled lunch, typical
Janet, a real socialist eats dinner as their midday meal!
I pretty much have dinner at every meal
but that makes me a greedy piggy more than a socialist
Smoked salmon no doubt
Landlord can always say he’s selling though?
The landlord needs a reason to evict a person and selling is one of those reasons. I’m pretty sure these notice periods apply when a landlord wants to sell.
Well the current ones do so assuming these are extensions of those then yes they would apply
like anything else they try, it’ll be ineffective, largely through leaving so many loopholes and backdroo escape routes. just like the rules for restricting air bnb, already have found ways around em. and on top of that, they don’t even have the staff to enforce them.
Landlords are evil we need to seize properties belonging to these bloodsuckers and redistribute them among the needy families on social housing.
2/10 troll attempt?
That’s Jimmey Russell. He’s a good lad.
yeah at least he keeps it clean and doesn’t go for other commentators
Who’s a proper little madam
I dunno…who’s asking today ;)
