Time all public sector pay awards were put on hold along with the tax breaks semen as its that severe

      Can you imagine the outcry?

  1. GiggidyGoo

“ Look lads – the Yorkie loves me. That and yesterday’s photo of me in the middle of a field caught unawares by a photographer surely must now indicate to you that I should be PM”
    Are you listening Charger? ROFL.

      “yesterday’s picture”?

Didn’t Nick Ferrari on LBC London radio in an interview with Boris yesterday morning establish the picture was taken at least six weeks ago?

      1. GiggidyGoo

It only appeared yesterday in the papers though. He probably has a library of them in all sorts of ‘like me please’ poses.

    2. Charger Salmons

If a thick muppet on an obscure Irish website is talking about Boris’ picture then think of how many voters in Blighty are too.
      Welcome to Publicity 101.
      Taxi for GiggidyGoo.

      1. GiggidyGoo

And the thick Tan’s only outlet for his twoppence worth is an obscure Irish website. ROFL. Get off the stage. Uber for Charger.

        1. Charger Salmons

          “thick”
          “twoppence”
Horse and cart for the slow bogger GiggidyGoo who’ll be a while catching up …

          1. GiggidyGoo

Poor Charger. The motherland has thrown up a full basket of thickos vying to become PM, and all they can come up with is Boris. You’re probably a relative, eh Charger? Would explain the oddity alright.

        2. Charger Salmons

” A full basket of thickos vying to become PM ” ?
Johnson graduated from Oxford University and easily earns half a million big ones every year without really trying. He was also a two-term mayor of one of the biggest cities in the world.
Hunt also went to Oxford where he got a First. Two years ago he personally netted £14million from the sale of an educational company he set up making him the richest person in the Cabinet.
          Yourself Einstein ?
          Heh,heh,heh.

boris inherited his wealth and influence. his only ‘skill’ is talking himself up – i can’t wait until he’s shown up to be the incompetent fool he really is.

          2. Charger Salmons

Whilst Boris inherited the good fortune of belonging to a well-off family which secured him an excellent education he earns his wealth at the coal face, knocking out Daily Telegraph columns for £275,00 a year plus his MP’s salary and a host of well-paid speaking engagements in far-flung corners of the former Empire including Ireland.
He also knows how to use capital letters.
Unlike yourself who appears somewhat challenged in the grey matter department.
Would you mind if I asked if you attended a higher-level educational institution or are you just on here taking a break from your shovelling duties ?

          3. scottser

of course old chum, i have a masters degree. had to work for it too, not like old boris. by the way, did you read what his former boss at the telegraph said about his suitability to become pm?

          4. GiggidyGoo

Mammy and Daddy’s inheritance. Being defended on ‘an obscure Irish’ website by an obscure thick. ROFL

          5. Charger Salmons

You have a Masters and yet you don’t know how to use capital letters.
Which university did you graduate from – the Offaly Institute of Advanced Mucksavages ?

        1. Charger Salmons

          Yes.
          Using capital letters.
Do you also write in crayon ?
          * offers look of pity *

          1. scottser

distracted by a lack of capital letters and not addressing the point again charger? your preference for style over substance is so edgy and post-modern – it explains your infatuation with boris perfectly.

Will the long-suffering INM shareholders support the sale of their company to the Belgian outfit at an EGM at 10.30am this morning? At a measly 10.5c a share valuing the company at €146m? A company with €80m of cash on hand and making €25m a year?

Denis O’Brien and Dermot Desmond have sold 25% to the Belgian *proposed* buyer. Will the lemmings follow this trustworthy duo over the cliff?

In recent INM news, ODDO BHF ASSET MANAGEMENT SAS (on behalf of its funds) of Boulevard de la Madeleine 75009 Paris FRANCE acquired a 3% stake last week.

    1. millie st murderlark

I read this in the Batman narrator voice in my head.

“Will the good staff at INM survive this vicious attack? Tune in next week folks, same INM time, same INM place!”

They’re getting even more lyrical at Irish Water about the pee and poo that they are flushing from their plant into our waterways.

10 articles in today’s digital edition of the Times Ireland, Shauna Bowers and Paul O’Donoghue are responsible for eight, one is bought in from a courts reporter and one is from the UK (Boris story). It’s news Jim, but essentially stuff off the internet that was published elsewhere nearly 24 hours ago. We’ve lost the analysis and challenging news, which is a huge shame.

“That’s not true” Eir yesterday responding to Leo’s claims about their €1 billion bid for the NBP.

So, Leo is a non-truther according to the biggest telecoms company in the State?

I mean, who would have thought that a telecoms company like Eir would be able to deliver the national broadband plan for 1/3rd the price of a Boston private equity group with an iffy financing position which held deeply inappropriate meetings with the decision-making minister before that minister was fired.

    1. Snail Trail

Huge shock all right, that Eir will do it cheaper than the equity group that will sub contract Eir to do it.

      1. Otis Blue

I wouldn’t give eir any great credibility on this. They still haven’t completed the roll out of fibre broadband to the 300k rural households that they cherrypicked from the NBP. This was due to be completed by December 2018.

I also understand that, where rolled out, the take up by households is less than 20%.

Given the circumstances you’d think they’d be laying low. However they must feel that the GMC tender is a doozy and they regret pulling out of the process.

January, our esteemed Finance Minister says a hard brexit will have no effect on the budget.
July. About turn. Might have to borrow €5bn, no tax cuts, no pension increases, the standard tax rate won’t be increased to €50k.
Straight from the Niinan school of leprechaun economics.

The government’s restoration of high earning judges pay will go down like a lead balloon to striking HSE staff today.Failure has gone to Leo’s head.
