Yesterday.
In St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, Dublin 1.
Archbishop Diarmuid Martin unveiled a commemorative plaque to remember where Pope Francis prayed for victims and survivors of abuse last year.
Hmmm.

If I were of a less law-abiding persuasion I would strongly tempted to daub “caca” over that plaque. That’s the shocking word the Pope choose last year to emphasise how in touch he was with our hurt over the abuse carried out by representatives of his religious group.
A year later, and where’s the cash to excavate the septic tanks in Tuam where the Bon Secours nuns buried children and babies.

Ah that’ll do
Oh well that makes it all better.
Sound so, we can just put it all behind us now, ya?
