Iarnród Éireann customers should expect ‘significant delays‘ in and out of Heuston station today following damage to the signalling system which took place overnight between Newbridge and Kildare when cabling was stolen.

People in the 3rd world getting very upset at their transport systems being compared to Ireland.
Understandably so.
RTE were reporting earlier that someone tried to pinch a load of cable between Newbridge and Kildare.
I remember when stealing cable only required a splitter… and no one would know.
You ain’t seen me, right.
