There was a human number two on #3 of a number 40D that I recently had occasion to board.

    I prefer 6.

Pro: You’re not the first person eye-balled to give up your seat but could if required (plenty of leg/manoeuvring room), don’t have to stare at the back of someones infested bus-taking head, view out the window but also, tilting downwards, can cut out the view.

    Cons: You’re on the bus.

(I’m actually quite fond of the bus, used to take it a lot, good ‘ol 33, now on the train).

well it’s not 11 or 14 as even respectable looking adults seem to think it’s ok to put their feet on these seats, scum

Best seat? Oh to have the option of one!
(Did the bus commutin’ for a year – never again.)

Definitely 7. Nothing like an imperious view of the back of an aul wan’s head on the free travel and cyclists being squeezed into the footpath … It’s almost presidential.

All the glam has gone out of taking the bus since they banned smoking upstairs and put doors on the things.
