          Trigger ?
Just a fun fact about an amazing poppet who has captured the global zeitgeist.
She’s the Rosa Parks of climate change.
          Fair dues to her.

…really Charger…poppet…I don’t think even Trump would use such a casually dismissive, misogynistic term…not even Terry…

            Aw, she’s a cutie.
Just watching her out in Davos grabbing all the headlines from Orange Man.
The environmentalists have got themselves an absolute diamond.

Simon Harris is unusually quiet. No rat-a-tat-tat out of him recently. Are FG keeping himself and Yoghan away from the media spotlight?

My best pal told me last night he was voting SF for the first time because he was sick of the intransigence in Irish politics.
I think I might join him.
Yes, I know SF is still run by the IRA Army Council and there are some fairly nasty individuals in its ranks.
But I don’t see how you can ask terrorists to give up the armed struggle and take part in democracy while at the same time always conspiring to keep them out of power.
Maybe it’s time for a change.

I was thinking around the same lines. Then I look at their history in Government in the north.. and there is none. They got power, then dissolved it and argued over a relatively small point for years while the north stagnated. I can’t endorse that performance with a vote. I also don’t want more of the same so FF/FG are out for me. Tough to decide where I can put a meaningful vote as things stand. Though I will of course use my vote!

Ah that’s great news, delighted for them! They deserve a little good news for a change, bless their little hearts.

professional job vacancies have risen by 16.7 per cent across London since this time last year.

This either means there are a lot more jobs than last year or that there is an exodus of professionals from London. But which?

        Dunno.
Maybe a bit of both ?
There are still more EU migrants coming into the UK than leaving.

It’s well documented that the leave voters in the Brexit Referendum voted that way because of their aversion to migrants entering the UK.

I’m not sure I have the patience to explain to the village idiot the difference between border controls and anti-immigrant.

New figures out show UK employment rate is 76.3% – an all time high with more women also in work than ever before.
A total of 3.8 million more people in work than in 2010.
Wages are also rising by 3.4% – meaning more money in people’s pockets.
Is it any wonder Labour got trashed in the election ?
