I used be a volunteer ambulance driver. One of the things they did in training was to teach us how to properly wash our hands. At the time, I thought this was silly, but over the years I have realised how important that teaching has been to me.

yup takes warm water and soap and much longer than you think, not the cursory rince most on the ladies Jack’s seem to cut it ( if any)
I have to shake hands all day and have become a bit paracat about the old hand washing
