This morning.

Via Echo Live:

Organisers of this year’s Youghal St Patrick’s Day parade have cancelled the event over concerns about the current coronavirus outbreak.

It comes as the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland rises to 13, including one case in a person who does not have a history of travel to the affected areas. This patient, a male from the south of the country, is being treated at Cork University Hospital.

A bit of sense prevailing. The organizers leading the way while the Holohan and Harris dither. Same as the school in Meath, which closed, but which was forced back into opening.
This will be proof of the pudding as regards FF FG LAB PD gouging out what used to be a proper health service.

Dungarvan, Waterford just announced their parade is cancelled.

Carlow IT campus in Wexford has been evacuated due to a suspected case.

Yep. Wexford passed over for RTC or Uni status, so the next best was a room with Carlow IT written on it.
