Nice one Giggidy. We have used that a couple of times with the kids at home but I couldn’t find the URL.
Young kids pick up on the anxiety so it’s important to talk to them about it and the biggest part of alleviating their anxiety is getting them to focus on what they can do (wash hands, cough in elbow, use tissue, stay away from people). That same tactic to alleviate anxiety will also work for some grown ups too.

I salute the street seller of magazines and newspapers. They work in all weather and earn every penny.
I got stuck in traffic a few times this lunchtime on the way to do a weekly shop so clearly there’s plenty of people out and about for various reasons.
At the risk of sounding insular, it absolutely breaks my heart seeing Dublin like this.
