Goats roam the Welsh town of Llandudno yesterday during the coronavirus lockdown
For weeks we’ve been locked up all day
With nothing to do or to say
Now we’ve got anecdotes
Of a town full of goats
And right now that’s cause to shout “Hooray”

I really enjoy these posts
Ye good man.. Mr.Moynes..
Keeping Limerick’s and poetry alive..
As for the goat’s. It’s another one of nature’s subtle yet, unconscious response’s to us repeatedly taking a giant dump in her front room….

look up the video, they are having mighty craic, eating up all the flowers !
They’ll have a goat anything.
admirable quality in a beast
You’re meant to follow that with ‘I’ll get my goat’
Apparently, they’ve been coming into the edge of town for years and getting fed by the locals and tourists…
It’s looking more and more like they are a bit lost and maybe hungry, trying to find where all the people(food) has gone?..

Here’s looking at you, kid.
The village of Passage East, on the Waterford estuary, has had a herd of wild goats for over 200 years. No idea if they’re on the tear there though.
