Can’t be older than 1973 – those old style numbers before letters were in operation between 1958 and 1973. Also chrome bumpers had gone by then. That’s a Northern Irish reg with a Co. Antrim prefix which was the first county to switch to Letters before numbers in 1966 so I’d say that Marylou’s 1965 date is correct
