I remember years ago in Blanchardstown , the hardchaw drug dealers would pay young kids to chop up the cable which recorded the amount of traffic driving over it at particular times . The hardchaws thought it was an attempt to spy on their activities . The majority of them are dead now , or still in jail . Hardchaw , are usually , not very smart .
