    Brian’s farm may be in Waterford, but the cheese was probably produced in Mitchelstown and The milk from Brian’s farm mixed with milk from Cork, Tipp, Kerry, Limerick etc.

    That looks like Dubliner* cheese, which as we all know, is made in West Cork.

    *branded and marketed in the US as Kerrygold.
