What’s the point of proceeding with a Hotel Development when we’ve just seen how weak and inflexible the sector is in a crisis.

    Anyone?

To me it makes no sense, especially when the financers and developers can extract themselves far easier and more comfortably with one and two bed units.

The only reason I can put my finger on is that there must be some guarantee over their losses.
And that wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

Just in case anyone wants to know why I am giving out about Nick, he is the ‘Sheet’s music guru. So any time a links leads me down a warren from this site, I blame him. Just because.

After all, it led me to Rasputin. Will this hell have no end?
