    Irish beef could be from Northern Ireland. Since NI is in the UK, then the Biltong made in York can be called British. I’ve seen Chinese-made St. Patrick’s Day paddy hats on sale in Irish shops. We live in hybrid economic times.

    Dublin is biltong the Liffey…for example.

    There is a maker of biltong in Kildare. The Irish Biltong Company makes some really good varieties, but sadly their distribution is not including my hometown.
