Report it to Felling in the Dept of Agriculture. If a formal complaint is made to the Guards the matter has to be investigated, to fell trees you
require a licence.
It’s more a matter for the National Parks & Wildlife Service than the Gardaí.

A very significant amount of the felling occurred during june bank holiday on land recently purchased from the aghern estate. The fellers are not licenced/insured.
