Gardaí have objected to the renewal of a licence for Ted Lavelle’s pub (above) in Achill Island, County Mayo for alleged breaches of Covid-19 regulations

The owner of an Achill bar
Has learned the authorities are
Quite willing to act
If they think it’s a fact
That the right rules aren’t in place so far

    This will be interesting. http://www.tedsachill.ie/
Looks like a nice place with food etc.
I wonder will it be regulations, or guidelines that the Gardai will rely on, and has the pub had a conviction registered against it due to covid breaches.

Food is crap. One of these places where they tell you the number of fillings you can have in a sandwich and you have to guess what they have in the kitchen.

Some people still will never see
What’s obvious to you and to me.
    The West isn’t ”wild”
    Unless you’re a child
    I don’t care if you don’t disagree.

The best thing about it is that you don’t even need to lock them up. You just need to set fire to their boats or whatever.

    I don’t know.

It’s not actually MY fault that I’m this stupid.
    I’m from Dublin. (NOT CRUMLIN)

    Ah but:

    Spare a thought for the bould Ted Lavelle;
It could-be he was pressured to sell
    to those cute Achill whores,
    who banged on his doors,
And promised him no one would tell
