Anyone know what created these? They were foundafter a large Monterey Pine was felled. They were described by the finder as being ‘tennis-ball size, made of animal hair, hollow but with no obvious entry point‘.

Was this after a rain-storm? If so they are pre-larva gremlins.Keep them warm and they will grow into lovable pets. (unless they have been exposed to light – in which case they are dead pre-larva gremlins)

Just don’t feed them after midnight.
