‘He Is Not In A Position To Take Part In The Resolution Process At This Time’

This afternoon.

“While it is important for the Chief Justice to respect the confidentiality and privacy of Mr Justice Woulfe, the correspondence did enclose a cogent medical report to the effect that he is not in a position to take part in the resolution process at this time.

“Accordingly, it was necessary to cancel the meeting.

“The Chief Justice is committed to bringing the process to a conclusion as early as it is possible and appropriate to do so.”

And so it goes on. A laughing stock being made of the Judiciary – by itself. Had Woulfe a cogent reason to attend the outing? Definition of cogent – ‘clear, logical, and convincing‘

Alternatively, didn’t Woulfe drag Clark into it by saying he ran it by Clark in advance of going, and Clark (according to Woulfe) told him he didn’t see any problem with it. Given the type of interview he did with Denham, maybe that was a bit of bravado, and avoidance of Clark may be the reason for these cancellations.

Frank Clarke is a fine judge and his position as Chief Justice is wholly merited. Frank was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. A decent man.

Good to know. Just trying to filter my way through this plopping-pootkins.

Was more commenting on their resemblance in their robes.

It would be very ironic if the learned friend’s health issues were due to becoming an unfortunate victim of Covid…it’s not as if he attended anything with a large crowd of people stuffed into a room eh?

Would it be fake and overblown to suggest that Judge Woulfe has apparently become a committed & dedicated self isolater?
